英勇的藝術迴響：坦克公園中的《香港頌》
在台中坦克公園拍攝的錄像作品，以台灣詩人余光中先生的不朽詩篇《香港頌》為核心，將那份跨越時空的英勇展露無遺。詩中，北京天安門廣場上那單槍匹馬、挺身阻擋整列坦克車的勇士形象被鮮活描繪，象徵著無畏的抵抗精神。

《安石榴》為余光中先生第16本詩集，寫於1986年至1990年，《香港頌》/《讚香港》收錄於詩集《安石榴》中。
This video artwork, filmed at Taichung Tank Park, centers on the immortal poem “Ode to Hong Kong” by Taiwanese poet Mr. Kwong-chung Yu, fully revealing a bravery that transcends time and space. The poem vividly depicts the image of a lone warrior in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square, standing defiantly against a column of tanks, symbolizing the spirit of fearless resistance. What is even more moving is the poet’s skillful use of personification, likening Hong Kong to this solitary yet resilient hero, resisting the impending Chinese Communist Party’s tank suppression of 1997. As we re-examine this poem on June 4, 2025, the 36th anniversary of the Tiananmen Incident, the enduring courage and defiance it embodies evoke mixed emotions. This video work is not merely an artistic presentation but a profound tribute to that unwavering brave spirit.
“The Pomegranate” (安石榴) is Mr. Kwang-chung Yu’s 16th poetry collection, written from 1986 to 1990. “Ode to Hong Kong” (讚香港/香港頌 ) is included in “The Pomegranate.”
